It was a privilege to spend time teaching such a lovely group of people at the stunning and historical Godwick Hall.

We stayed in the beautiful Georgian manor house in the tranquil Norfolk countryside, visited the lovely seaside village of Brancaster where the seals were basking in the sunshine and posing for photos.

​

We had an historical tour of the Lost Village of Godwick by James Garner who's family have lived at Godwick for 3 generations and was very knowledgable about the local area.

​

We hiked around the countryside taking in the big skies and long landscapes of Norfolk, sampled the local cafes, the Royal Estate of Sandringham and of course did lots of Pilates in the beautiful Godwick barn. 

​

Back from all our exploring to jump in the swimming pool and relax in the sauna before eating delicious dinners prepared by our in house chef Chloe.
