Service Description

This course will introduce the fundamental principles of Pilates, building the foundation to layer up the exercises. We will cover breathing techniques, connecting with your deep core muscles, practicing good alignment and form to ensure you get the most out of this amazing low impact method. This is a weekly course on Thursday
