Service Description

Whatever your age or fitness levels this class will be adapted to meet your needs. If however, you are new to Pilates we would recommend you do the fundamentals/gentle course first. Pilates is the perfect mix of strength, mobility and stretch all in a low impact way. Some small props (mini ball, bands, light weights) will be used in some classes.
